Welcome to ProVoices (the “Service”), a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessible via https://app.provoices.io (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service, including all content, features, and functionality provided by Toronto Technologies Inc., a corporation incorporated in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. User-Generated Content

You may create and/or upload text content to the platform (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

• Represent that you have the right to share it and that it doesn’t violate any third-party rights or laws.

• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trials

We offer subscription plans with recurring billing. Subscription details (including pricing, billing frequency, and features) are presented during sign-up. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

We offer a free trial that does not require a credit card. After the trial period ends, you will have the option to choose and activate a paid plan. No automatic billing will occur unless you explicitly subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by us, including our logo, visual design, trademarks, and original materials, is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without express permission.

5. Feedback and Suggestions

If you provide feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, we may use this input without any obligation to compensate you or credit you. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it for any purpose.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes.

• Upload content that infringes on others’ intellectual property or rights.

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the platform or content generated through it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at hello@provoices.io with the necessary details, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

11. Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content

ProVoices uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to assist users in generating content. All content created through the Service is based on user inputs, preferences, and optional customizations. While we aim to provide relevant and high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, legality, or appropriateness of the content generated.

By using ProVoices, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any AI-generated content.

• Any content published under your name or account is deemed to be authored and endorsed by you.

• We are not liable for any outcomes, claims, or damages resulting from your use or publication of AI-generated content.

  
  

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
